There are hundreds of mobile games on the market, but with a huge number of them being low-quality cash-grabs how can you tell the bad ones from the good? Today we'll be taking you through the Top 5 Mobile Games for you to play!
Homescapes
This game follows the garden renovation game Gardenscapes in the Scapes series. This sequel follows the story of master butler Austin returning to his childhood home. Upon entering the house he trips on the carpet and decides to replace it. To replace it, you must first earn stars (a currency used during renovations) by beating levels in a 3-Match puzzle. As you progress through renovating the run-down house you renovate more rooms and restore the house to its former glory.
This game is fun, however, it gets more frustrating as you progress, needing more stars from increasingly tricky levels. On the whole, Homescapes is a fun game that you won't get bored of since you can play it for hours at a time and still have lots of new and exciting things to do!
Square Bird
While most games on this list feature long storylines and a semi-open world, Square Bird is much more of a fast-paced level game. The general idea is that a hen you are controlling must make it to the other side of a map. Instead of jumping over things, however, you need to raise the hen by stacking eggs and go over obstacles that way. The game is very funny and enjoyable to play.
My Cafe
My Cafe is much more of an open world than Square Bird. The game is similar to Homescapes in the sense that you must constantly renovate your cafe to keep your customers happy. Renovating costs coins that you can earn by making the customers coffee and helping them with their problems. The more coffee you make, the more you can renovate your cafe and get more customers.
Township
Township is a game that is very hard to fit into a genre. The game is a mix of farming and city building while also being about making money. The more goods you make in each factory, the more sales you make and the easier it is to earn money. The game features several special buildings that you can use to make special goods and complete services. The only issue is the community buildings hard to get materials but other than that the game has very few downsides, giving you a fast and easy free way to earn money again if you run out. All in all, it's an amazing game with very few downsides. (For more on Township, read our review here.)
Clash of Clans
Finally, we have Clash of Clans. The game is an online multiplayer game of defending your village against other players while trying to level up your army to battle against other people's villages. If you defeat another person in battle you earn gold and elixir to level up your buildings and improve and train your army. The game has little to no flaws and can provide with hours of fun.
Excellent review. I've never heard of Sqaure Bird. Thanks for sharing.
