Demon slayer The Hinokami chronicles is based on the popular anime TV show called Demon Slayer. As expected, all the characters and maps are from the TV show. One amazing thing about demon slayer is all the ultimate animations. These animations are amazing, just like the animation in the show.
The overall gameplay of demon slayer is one of the best in the fighting game genre with all the attacks being good and fair and every character having really unique attacks than the others. The whole game just feels extraordinary.
The story mode is definitely the best story mode that the developers cyberconnect have made in any of their games. The story mode follows the story of the first season of the TV show and the Mugen train arc. As you progress along in the story mode you can also collect memory fragments that unlock different segments of the story that wasn’t able to be captured by a cutscene or a fight. All the scenes you get to see in story mode are vastly working and alive, everything from the scenery to the NPCs, everything feels so living!
Story
Tanjiro Kamado returns home one day to find his whole family gone due to a demon attack. However, his sister Nezuko survives but unfortunately, she has turned into a demon. Tanjiro becomes a Demon Slayer to hunt down the demon responsible for his family's death.
In the end, demon slayer is a great fighting game and it's probably worth your money.
